User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Token System

• Our Service operates on a token-based system
• Text tweet replies cost 1 token each
• Image tweet replies cost 10 tokens each
• Tokens do not expire but are non-refundable

Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees

Free Trial

• New users receive 100 free tokens for a 7-day trial period
• No credit card required for the trial
• Trial is limited to one per user/email address
• After trial expiration, you must purchase tokens to continue using the Service

Acceptable Use

Prohibited Uses

• Unused tokens are forfeited upon account termination
